My ex bf broke up with me last month over something I did , I was really drunk and did something stupid also he thinks im talking to other guys, I sent hima message telling him I missed him , and couldn't stop thinking of him and he replied oh , if I text him he still replies but doesn't wanna be in the same place as me, we have mutual friends I haven't texted him in 3 weeks and im absolutely miserable without him

Im not sure what it is that you did when you were drunk however I recently went through an experience similar to yours with my girlfriend. She forgave me and 3 months afterwards its as if nothing happened because I never made the same mistake again. It looks you in your scenario your boyfriend can't seem to forgive you and perhaps he has wild out in the clubs already and found a new girl he wants to focus on. Thats the cold heart brutal truth. I hope it is not the case but its not a good sign that he doesn't want to see you. Sometimes its good to let people have a chance to miss you as well so I recommend you stop texting him, once you do he will miss you if he does indeed care about being with you and if he doesn't message or call you then your better off with someone else new who will make you much more happier.
You don't ever want to force someone to be with you its unfair to you.
