Everytime my character in PS3 Skyrim goes underwater, the game freezes. Will a patch fix this?

right now the new debug update 3.75 is intended only as examination and comparison purposes. unless you have a DEV unit.

if you're curious it won't damage your PS3 but it will give you the following error. before the installation is complete.

"data type not supported" so if you have a retail PS3 it wouldn't matter unless you have the DEV unit i mentioned.
