Everytime I say I will diet, Its makes me more hungry and never actually lose weight. HELP PLEASEEEE

Stop thinking about foods and dont tell yourself that you wont think about it anymore it would make you think about it more. Since you thought of having a diet, you realize that your stomach is almost empty or is half empty so then you realize that you are hungry and choose to heat that's why it makes you more hungry. Try to control your temptation and desires. Good luck

Remove temptations from your life. Yes they are everywhere but i think if you put say an apple where you used to put your chocolate, Train your brain to replace bad with good. Its like quitting smoking, Mind over matter. It wont happen over night you have to force your self to get into a healthy habit
