everything goes black and dizzy when I stand up or something. that happens a lot in one day, probably 5times. Ive been experiencing that since I was like 7 years old. Now im 13 yrs old. Once i fell down because of it. now, im experiencing other sympoms other than that. ive had fever a month ago which lasted for a week. i had lots of tiny red spots near my jawline and few in my legs when i had the fever. after my fever subsided, the tiny red spots slowly faded away. now, i feel like gettin sick again. slowly, the tiny red spots are growing in my right arms, legs and chest but only few. there's a non visible painless bump in the right side of my neck. Im suspecting cancer because of the bump. Im always tired, im very very pale. (everyone keep on saying that.)I find it hard to breath when i'm walking. many times, i woke up with shortness of breath and rapid heartbeat. sometimes i feel pain (pinching) and burning in the right side of my chest which lasts for about 5 minutes. i experienced wrist pain a week ago too, and my buttocks or idk. lol feel like im old like having an arthritis lol. i have a bipolar appetite. My height is 5'4 and weight is 35 kg, im 13 yrs old. what will happen if i don't take care of my health? Is this life threatening?

I'm no doctor, but I wanted to reply because I've experienced similar things.
1.) See a doctor. That's easily the best thing to do. Now, for my unprofessional medical assessment...
2.) I have experienced the blacking-out thing myself, and saw my doctor about it. He said I was either A) anemic (a blood condition relating to iron deficiency) or B) dehydrated. The latter is easy to fix by drinking water periodically; anemia can be more serious, but can also be harmless depending on the particular strain. Blood tests would give you a sure answer.
3.) The fever makes me suspect that you just got a bad strain of the flu. The bump on your neck could be a swollen lymph node, a common symptom of influenza. The rash could be caused by the virus, or could be allergy related; but regardless, none of those things seem to suggest cancer. Again, your doctor will give you a more accurate assessment than I can, but it seems to me like you caught a stomach bug, got dehydrated and rashed and swollen because of it, and read to deeply into those symptoms. In other words, if that stuff subsided, you should be fine. If it pops back up, definitely see a doctor if you weren't going to already.
