I want to fill small cans [think wd-40 size] with clean fresh mountain air and sell them to polluted cities in other countries. I dont want the equipment to leave a mechanical smell in the air being purchased. Is scuba tank refilling equipment something to do?

How many puffs of air they put in one can is unknown. Its not meant to provide air for every breath. Just for small amounts of time outdoors from xar to building and so on.
