So, if an electron were to encounter one wire with high resistance, and another wire with high amps, which one would it flow down? So, like, which path does the electron prefer? I know electrons take the path of least resistance, so, is there a way to calculate the amount of resistance in each wire?

You need to learn what the words mean. For instance current flows; electrons not so much. And current does not take "the path of least resistance", it takes all possible paths at the same time. Here is a free course in the basics:
