A weird thing is happening in my home. There is a battery operated toy. It has no plug, it sits on a table. Whenever I turn the lights on above the toy, it sings. Just regular recessed ceiling lights on a dimmer switch. When I turn the lights off, it stops. The other lights in the room do not affect it. How is this light switch controlling the toy ? It is not a coincidence. If I hold the toy in my hand under the lights, it still does it. What is happening ?
Electrical Function ?

Never mind, guys. The toy is photo receptive. I missed it at first.

It's made to play a song when a sensor is uncovered, exposed to light. It's missing all the pieces that cover the sensors. That's why.
Thank you for your response :)

This can be an electrical current passing through the toy causing the toys internal switch to turn on. Make sure this doesn’t negatively effect the electricity in your house including this area. Maybe do a bit of research on the toy to make sure this is okay and doesn’t damage the toy and especially your electricity. Maybe it could just be the type of switch that activates the toy, or that there is more metal in the area the toy is activated in that can act as a conductor than other areas in the house. Looking at reviews of this toy could help as well, as possibly someone has a similar situation as you.
