Hi,
My name is Hassan and I am 28 years old. I have a question and I would really appreciate if anybody could help me with the answer.

Whenever I hit the gym and do the weight lifting, I feel that my right arm does not support me very well, although I am a right hand person. So for instance, When I do the bench press with dumbbells and reach to 9th or 10th rep, my right arm suddenly loses all it's power and won't let me push it's limits whereas my left arm still supports myself.

My left arm can handle heavy weights but my right arm cannot. Once I was doing bench press with dumbells and on 11th rep my right arm lost its complete power and dumbbell was about to fall on my shoulder but I avoided the injury.
Also, the funny bone of my right sometimes gives me pain when it touches something suddenly. When I touch this funny bone with my left arm, it gives a feeling of discomfort too.

I have search a lot on internet and read about tennis elbow or gold elbow pain but still I am not sure what is the cause of the weakness in my right arm.

Please if anybody knows that is the cause or can advice me what should I do, it would be really helpful for me. I am thinking to see an Osteopath soon.
