Efficient ways to get new results of a particular search query autoomatically?

I'm trying to know if there are any efficient or powerful tools or websites which provide me search results automatically. I'm looking for a feature which is more efficient that Google Alerts. Google alerts at times deliver me search results for that search criteria however, I believe its not that efficient as Google search engine.

I don't know of anything but perhaps you can get a programmer to write one for you. Essentially you need an archive of results, then to perform a Google search, compare it against your archive and if there's anything "new" in the search, flag it up to you, and also add it to the archive so it doesn't get flagged up next time.
