ihad fed my 9 months old dog 3 hours before castration surgery,what will happen to my dog?is there any bad effect that will happen to him soon?i search about it and i found out that it is very important to fast the dog atleast night before the surgery...im worried about what will happen to him,,the surgery happened yesterday..so far i dont see any signs of bad effect?pls help

Just a little learning tip for you, since it's been a while since your pet came home. The importance of this is when they're still drowsy. You fast the pet so that there is less chance for them to get sick and choke on the vomit. Once they are no longer drowsy, you're completely in the clear. That's the only thing you had to worry about though, next time you know what it's for! <3
