Education - if a leader government official is forced to embezzle money by his relative what shall?

The only moral course of action is to resign.

You can't rat on your family. And if you get caught you are all in trouble.

If you resign formally and quietly it may never get found out. If it does, you can show your remourse to the court by your resignation, or perhaps noone will care since you are no longer an official. The longer you are in office, the more likely you will be found out.
