My brother is saying that connecting his Dr. dre beats Studio to the computer will damage them because of the higher voltage that is protuced by the computer, so he connects them only and I mean only to the iPod.
I connected them once or twice to the computer and no damage no NOTHING has been done to the headphones. I keep telling him that especially when the headphones are this proffesional and are made for long sesseions (which he says ruins them) and to be connected to: Computers, DJ equipment, and etc...
Can some1 please proove him that they will not now and not ever be damaged by connecting them to something else then an iPod?

Short answer: No, it can't.
Long answer (with proof):
Well, I assume the signal is driven through a 3.5 mm jack because you say that your brother connects it only to his iPod. Now, assuming this, the computer drives signals that are safe for all speakers. This is why you can attach big speakers and normal airplane headsets to a computer and not blow either of them out. The only way you could damage the headset or the big speakers is if you were to run the signal through an amplifier. This is because the computer only drives a signal that any headset can produce. The amplification of the signal makes the sound more pronounced using an external power source. This is the only thing that could possibly blow out your headset. So if you want to damage your brother's headset, plug it into a wall outlet. If you overdo the amplifier, plugging it into the iPod could blow it out. Otherwise, power the headset with the recommended power source and plug the headset into your computer or iPod, and you should be absolutely okay.
Side note: Your brother may be very protective of his headsets, so the most damage you could do by plugging it into the computer is if he tries to rip it away from you while you're listening to it.
It is the original, But any one here can give me a proffensional answer so his little mind can understand it? I tryied researching but the subject is just too stupid and unrealistic that theres nothing on it.
