Downlaod stuck 99% issue?

Windows 7 64-bit gives a challenge that not many know how to complete, but few have tried. First, You will have to climb to the very tip of mount Everest, and wait for lighting to strike. When this happens, you will gain enough energy to do the following: Fly off of the mountain (with a running start, of course,) and land on the nearest lamp post. Turn 180 degrees, and you should see the Microsoft Corp. building. Break through the 25th floor, at the 7th window to the left. This is Bill Gates Office. Challenge him to a battle, and take his hat. Touching his hat will obstruct your powers, but you need it for your computer. If you win the battle, you will pass out and wake up 6 days later in the ER with a bar code in your pocket, and a major injury. Once you have healed, rush home, and shove the bar code into the fax machine. Every browser will work, everything will load fine, and your computer won't have any lag. :)
