I'm watching my cousins dog while they're out of town. During this time, I'll be sitting in a chair in my laptop and she'll jump up and climb onto my laptop and sit down, right on my laptop. She's a beagle and a pretty big one too and I take her on walks around the neighborhood, give her food, and my younger brother plays with her a lot. I have a dog bed that we use whenever we watch her but she rarely sits in it, she always comes and lays down next to the chair and stares at me or she jumps up and literally sits on my laptop. She also does this thing where I try pushing her of (not aggressively, carefully) and she leans into me so it's impossible. What do I do???

Try to teach her to learn no command. It may be a bit of a challenge. First of all, when she sits on your laptop, clap your hands and say no at the same time. Clapping your hands will distract your dog from what she is doing. Be sure to say the word "no" in a strict loud voice. If she successfully stops what she is doing, give her a lot of praise.
Remember to be patient with dog and do not give up. You must be consistent.
