Does WB ownes all the media rights to harry potter ?

does WB ownes all the media rights to harry potter ( movies , serieses , video games , etc.. ) or only the films rights ? 

((  in other words if a video game company wanted to make a video game does it go to WB or jk rowling for the copyrights thing ? ))

Warner bros does not own ALL media rights to harry potter, only filming rights. Rowling owns all character rights and if Warner Brothers did own all it would most likely result in a law suit in which hopefully Rowling would win!
