Does video streaming count when your using WiFi?

I just watched like 1 hr. of YouTube videos. I have 30 mins. Of video streaming a month. I was on Wifi the entire time. Should this count?

Yes it will count. Your internet has an ip address and anyone who uses that ip, whether through wifi or from the router will be using the memory allowed.
