Does UPS Tracking show less weight?

Details:

I recently ordered shoes that weigh 2.5 - 3 lbs and on UPS's tracking website it says 1 lb. Should I be concerned or is this normal?

Don't be worried. UPS tracking is never exact and can be wrong...Just make sure the shoes are the right weight when they arrive. Also according to the website- is the weight the package? Or the shoes? You should check.
