Does University of Cambridge or Oxford have a program for prospective international students?

I'm currently an American junior but I want to go to Cambridge to study psychology. I know the college interview is very important way to get to know the college, and vice versa. Does Cambridge or Oxford have any programs that would allow me visit there for myself?
