I'm thirteen years old and i always stress about any subject for no reason... I often have tummy aches, and it's before going to bed... does too much stress can caus tummy aches/ pains?

Therefore we have to learn to control the mind, we have to feed the mind with positive emotions and remove the negative toxic emotions that create poison in our system. We have to learn to calm down the mind, to make the monkey into the monk, meaning - the moment we slow down the pace of the mind then stress reduces and so do the hormones that are released in our blood. Subsequently, our pains disappear.
