There's this guy whom I've been bumping into literally since the beginning of the second semester of school. He's even accidentally gave me a "hug" when I bumped into him (he apologized later, and even clarified it was a hug).

Sometimes he stares at me during class, which I can see in the corner of my eye.

One time, as I'm dramatically complaining how almost everyone in one of my classes hates me, he interrupts to say that he doesn't, although he isn't in that class of mine. On the Friday before Valentine's, he pulled me aside after class to randomly wish me a Happy Valentines.

What's weird is that sometimes he'll pay lots of attention to me, but then the next day, he seems more distant. (I'm not actually close to this dude, he's just in my classes)

So does he have an interest in me? Or is he just being nice?
