Yes, It can but it does matter what they are using in the video. For instance, they show you a really popular spot in the area but it is a bit far from where you are going to stay. So it depends. For instance on my visit to Turks and Caicos last December, I had visited the Venetian's website which did not have any video but had a slideshow of many photographs. I did see each and everything they had shown there.
