'Tis a vital question. I need to know if they have forks. Or did they use chopsticks (maybe Westeros is in Asia??) or just their hands liek true warriors?
Does the universe of 'Game of Thrones' have forks?

The earliest known "forks" as kitchen utensils date back to the 2nd millenium in bronze, it is possible that they existed earlier as wooden carved objects which have not survived in the archaeological record.
Now you have to consider what time period GOT is set in. It seems to be around the 2nd or 3rd century but there are many many inaccuracies when you apply our world to the GOT world. The GOT world is not a parallel to our own except in a very abstract way. In some aspects it is very 4000bc and in others very 12 century AD. If the latter then no, they didn't have forks, if the former then yes, they did. The best anyone can say is that "If you want them to have forks then they do." If I was running an AD&D campaign in it then my base would be Forgotten Realms with a twist and forks would be in it if a character wanted to use them.
Oh yeah, also some cultures never really developed the "fork", asian cultures being a prime example as well as arabian cultures where food was very "hands on". Even in europe, forks were two pronged and used to simply hold meat steady while you sliced it and then used hands to actually eat. Our modern idea of table manners and cutlery is a very 19th century invention.
