The HOA Management company is taking 1 week off (Dec 26th-Jan 2nd) & I wanted to know if that week off is coming out of the HOA dues we homeowners pay them? The HOA Management company shuts down our community pool for 1/2 the year (we live in WARM Southern California and all other HOA communities keep their pool open all year) the HOA only pays for trash and we never get our common area trees and shrubs trimmed regularly. The HOA claims it's not in the budget to open the pool year round and they say they have several homes that they have to take to court and pay legal fees to collect back HOA from those homeowners so the budget is really tight. So how can they take off 1 week? Does that 1 week off come out of our HOA dues?
