I'm the Director of Digital Marketing/Design for a company that i've been working for going on 7months and I've been undervalued, underpaid, not paid for extra hours, and whenever I step up and say something my boss somehow turns the table on me. I've had enough of this company and the time and effort I've wasted. I've rebranded them completely with a new website, logo, business cards, email material, print materials, social media marketing, office tech, etc.. I'm curious as to if they actually own the rights to any of my work, mostly focused on the website. I did not sign anything stating that they own anything I do and I know that they haven't gone out and copyrighted anything. Only reason I'm asking is because on Dec. 19th I putting in my 2weeks resignation notice and once I leave I plan on taking their site down. I don't feel that i've been paid enough for what the site is worth and also because of the extra hours I've worked. 3 weeks ago I worked an extra 17hrs and haven't gotten paid for it. Also got a reduced paycheck last week because I wasn't in on Monday, but I worked from home which I've gotten permission from the owner of the company. So anyway, do I have the right to do that? And could I sell them the site back, if they wanted to buy it?

If you were employed by them you must have signed a work contract of some form. You need to reread it for small print but in all likelihood you own no rights intellectual or otherwise to any of your work and if you follow through on what you are suggesting you open yourself up to criminal charges.. some of which include a custodial sentence of more than 5 years (criminal malice with intent).
My advice, read your contract adn get legal advice. If that is not satisfactory thn walk away and treat it as a learning experience. Sucks I know but better than being taken to court and losing, which you would do.
