Hi I have pretty bad anxiety and my AC has been broken for like 2 weeks. I've been putting it off because I don't want to meet the people here. Can I call and pay over the phone, have them come out and do their business?

Most AC companies and repair businesses do accept payment over the phone. Although they would be preferred to pay in cash. You can call them though, and work on the AC. If you live in a house, then they often won't need to go inside if your unit is outside. Often*
