Im just wanting to know if this diet works well or if its worked for Anyone. Im 15 And my heaigt is 5'2. Should i do a clean se before starting? Im wanting to lose a really noticable amount of weight.

Some people have more will power and motivation than others. So the advise that I can give to you is that since you are young, take your time and set realistic weight loss goals for yourself. Ideally, the average person dieting and working out at least three times per week, looses the average of only 1-2 pounds per week. I have been there before. It is frustrating to put in so much time, effort, commitment, and thinking process into loosing weight and then stepping on the scale to see it has only moved one pound or so per week is disappointing, but if you can stick to your diet plan, give it time, you will see results. Seeing results in your weight will keep you motivated to keep going until you reach your weight loss goal. Always remember, whenever you do reach that goal weight, put a maintenance program into place, Example: how do you plan to keep the weight off and maintain your new weight. Many people hit their weight loss goal and then stop dieting and working out, and within weeks, they are putting the pounds back on. There is also a way to loose one pound per day, but you have to really want it and structure yourself to follow the diet, cut out the carbs, and drink lots of water. I did it and lost about a pound a day, but it wasn't easy.
