Does Ro & UV removes the Fluoride from Water?

RO removes it. UV kills bacteria. I have a Hague unit under my kitchen sink with both. When I clean fruits and vegetables in tap water, I then rinse them off with the RO water, specifically to get rid of the Fluoride.
