1.she lets me stay in her room while she puts clothes on and has me turn around to watch her play with her balls

3.we touch each other almost everywhere (near balls,arms,hands,etc)

Yes that's what it sounds like. I think you need to have a talk with her. And share everything on your mind. Tell her if you're not okay with it. Tell her if that makes you feel uncomfortable. But if thats not the case just say how you feel about that. Maybe if that makes you feel uncomfortable tell her you guys should spend less time with each other. And branch out and make more friends. But if you're okay with that stuff she does or you do just tell her how you feel.
