I've been staying up later (or waking up earlier) by approximately a hour each day and am getting consecutively more tired, I've asked and have been told that sleeping does not in-fact stack, but one can never be too sure.
It will, eventually at some point. There is a record of a teenager staying awake for 11days for a science project, and well, you know. Melatonin will build up after time and you will get more tired. It is the thing that makes you sleepy.
