Does it count as intermittent fasting if you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner?(1,2,1hours)?

Not sure exactly what you mean with 1,2,1 hours.
There are different methods being used for intermittent fasting, the most popular ones are these:
The 16/8 Method: Also called the Leangains protocol, it involves skipping breakfast and restricting your daily eating period to 8 hours, for example from 1 pm to 9 pm. Then you "fast" for 16 hours in between.
Eat-Stop-Eat: This involves fasting for 24 hours, once or twice a week, for example by not eating from dinner one day until dinner the next day.
The 5:2 Diet: On two non-consecutive days of the week, only eat 500-600 calories. Eat normally the other 5 days.
That sounds like a normal way of eating. I would not count that as intermittent fasting if you eat three times a day spread over the day. Try skip one of those meals (prob the breakfast) and then you are doing IF.

As in i eat for breakfast 1 hour ,Lunch for two hours and Dinner for 1 hour
