Currently HIV/AIDS has no cure, but it can be managed with drugs and treatments. It is no longer a death sentence like it was in the 80's. Some people live for decades with HIV/AIDS

Yes, at the moment no cure, but hopefully they will make a cure because it is spread easier from gays and a lot of people blame gays for HIV aids.

Once I read, only 2% of total AIDS (not HIV) suffers are gay.
