Does having sparm in mouth or eating it cause pregnency?

Incredibly unlikely. It would take a highly improbable and strange chain of events to get pregnant from having sperm in your mouth. Although you can never rule anything out; like that woman who got pregnant from being stabbed during a bank robbery.

In general though, it so unlikely that I wouldn't even consider it and certainly you shouldn't let it bother you.
