I was once told by a priest, that God started the process of life and then let it take care of itself. Do most feel like that?

God gave us a book to explain what we need to know. Very few people understand that book because they don't study it; they mostly study what other students think it means. It is not reliable to let people tell you what the bible says. Many people will make up stuff because they don't know what it says, and many will make up stuff because they wish it would not say what it says. You just have to read it for yourself. Read a chapter of Proverbs every day. Proverbs has 31 chapters so you can keep your place by just looking at a calendar. There is no religion or nothing in Proverbs and you don't have to believe anything. Just read to find wisdom. When you are comfortable with that, then read the bible from Romans to 2 Thessalonians over and over until you start to remember what it says. That is the part that applies to Christians.
You only need five books to study the bible:
1. A King James bible. Other versions are ok, but the KJV has been stable for 400 years and the others have not. Besides, all the references are based on KJV.
2. An English dictionary.
3. An Interlinear Greek-English Translation Of The New Testament, any brand.
4. An exhaustive concordance. There are several brands, but everybody seems to use Strong's. I like Young's because it is easier to use.
5. A Hebrew lexicon, if you study the old testament.
A bible atlas will also be helpful, but you can get along without it. A book that is very good for getting started is "How To Enjoy The Bible" by E. W. Bullinger. It's a free download and you can get a hard copy at any bible book store. www.philologos.org/__eb-htetb/
God loved mankind so much he sent his son as a ransom. Would he have done this if he had no interest in what man does?
The Bible is his Word. He gave it to mankind as a guide for life. Would he have done that if man was left to get on with it?
The answer to these questions is a resounding "No"!
Gods original purpose for mankind was that we live forever in peace and unity, both with each other and the animal life. It was through Adam's rebellion against God in the Garden of Eden that has brought about the conditions we have today.
Gen.2 v 16 & 17;
On a positive note, Jesus Christ came to earth to die so that man can once again have a relationship with Jehovah God and have the opportunity of living in a world where there is no war, crime, violence, hunger, homelessness, poverty, disease, and as a result - no death.
To find out more I would suggest you look at the website www.jw.org. You will find an online bible and further information about God's purpose for the earth and how he will bring it about. Don't delay! The signs are the God is very close to fulfilling his purpose.
Thank you, Ps 19:7 : > )
Yes he sure does but please don't take my answer for it but let's go to God's word the Bible for the answers. :
1) Proverbs 15:3, "The eyes of God are everywhere, Watching both the
bad and the good."
2) 2 Chronicles 16:9, "For the eyes of God is roving about through all the
earth to show his strength in behalf of those whose heart is
complete toward him."
These are just two scriptures that prove God is constantly paying attention to us. Our loving caring Creator never leaves us in fact his eyes are on all mankind whether they are good or bad. God never starts anything and does not finish it, especially his human creation, if we allow him to he walks with us every step of the way.

Let us read what the Bible Really Teach. “Let us make man in our image, according to our likeness, and let them have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and the domestic animals and all the earth and every creeping animal that is moving on the earth.” 27 And God went on to create the man in his image, in God’s image he created him; male and female he created them. 28 Further, God blessed them, and God said to them: “Be fruitful and become many, fill the earth and subdue it, and have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and every living creature that is moving on the earth.” Genesis 1:26-28.
Adam and Eve had work to do and make this earth a Paradise and take care of the animals. However, the first human couple sinned and were driven out of the garden of Eden. (Genesis 3:23, 24) But that did not mean that the earth would never be subdued.
We are now on the threshold of a new world promised by Jehovah God. “There are new heavens and a new earth that we are awaiting according to his promise,” wrote the apostle Peter, “and in these righteousness is to dwell.” (2 Peter 3:13) After reading those words of Peter, some may conclude that this planet will never become a paradise. The earth will be under a new government very soon if you look at bible prophecies Daniel 2:44

Yes Jehovah God definitely pays attention to us. He hears our prayers as well. As a matter of fact the Bible at Psalms 65:2 says: "O HEARER of prayer, to You people of all sorts will come."
Notice what Psalms 138:6 says about God paying attention to us as individuals: "Though Jehovah is high, He TAKES NOTE of the humble, but the haughty He knows only from a distance."
Notice also what Psalms 145:18 says: "Jehovah is near to all those CALLING on Him in truth."
The Creator of all things also wants us draw close to Him. Notice what James 4:8 says: "Draw close to God, and He will draw close to you..."
As long as we believe in fairy tales and we listen to several people saying different things, we will not know the truth about whether God pays attention to us or not, whether He loves us or not, why He lets suffering happen. What we need is enlightenment, what we need is self-realization that leads to God-realization. We need to contemplate the scripture which says that the kingdom of God is within, that God lives in the temple of our heart. We need to go deeper to realize that we are not the body, mind and ego that we seem to be. We are all Divine Souls, we are all God particles, God energy that manifests or appears as you and me. Even science has admitted that every cell of a human being is energy. Once we realize that we are this energy, we will realize God within and that God is always with us all the time.
Relieve yourself of the STRESS that lies in the DETAILS.. of ALL RELIGIOUS BELIEFS .. Truth is, religion was created as a means to "explain" the "unexplainable" and when people of (ill moral values) caught on to that, they converted it into a form of control... Over time, the concept held true to itz roots... and became the "mainstream theory" ... fact is ... it does not matter "what" the Bible, or the Koran, or any other book tells you "SPECIFICALLY" the message is NOT in the details.. it is the "Idea" ... the "belief" that we are "greater: and "more capable" in "actuality" than we are in our own "reality" ... that sense of a "higher power" behind us.. strips our fears and inhibitions, and allows you to focus our will intently enough, to perform "miracles" for the betterment of our lives... and it does so in such an emphatic way, that it allows Us to manifest our thoughts, feelings, desires, needs... into a something that is tangibly relevant, and generally successful in relations to our immediate or even long term goals .... that's what makes "faith" such a powerful tool, weapon, or solution to mortal circumstance... We are ALL part of the same material, whomever or whatever, designed the "Grand Scheme" and their "Intentions" is for the "Present Day" irrelevant, Live Your Life.. until "The Entity of the Pious You Seek... Comes and Tells YOU... otherwise"
