That's suggesting that God has faith in his creation. Of course he believes in us in the sense that we need him, that he created us. God does not need us to for him to be happy or to make things happen, of course he loves us and wants to have a relationship with us, but God does need us. The real question is do we believe in God? Personally, I do believe in God, The Holy Bible, Jesus Christ, I do not need him to believe in me because he is our creator and savior.
Have you ever had your own thoughts? Or is it just too easy to be spoon fed ideas from your parents, your preachers, your friends? You sound like a recording.
"Correction: God does not need us, on the contrary, we need him."
Correction: God does not exist, we don't need the magical sky wizard myth any more.
You're assuming that there is a creator, that the creator still exists, and that the creator is involved with our every action. I'm not saying that there is or isn't. The truth is, we don't know. Read all the books you want, listen to the voices in your head all you want, have faith, believe what you want, in the end, we don't know, and may never know. Personally, I happen to think that there is a creator, I just don't think there's anything else.
Science cannot ultimately prove God exists. But you can use science to prove that our universe did not happen by accident, People will mock you and be dismissive when you try to explain how a jet engine or a watch comes into existence but that does not mean it is not a valid point.
Scientists took the gasses that were in abundance in our early Earth, added electricity to simulate lightening, and got amino acids, the building blocks of proteins. And anyone who doesn't "believe" in evolution is simply ignoring all the evidence. Life as we have it today could have evolved from such amino acids. Or it was all created by design. Or all we have is now, and the past never happened, we just "remember" that it did (as we experience when dreaming).
We can really only go off of the things we see if you eliminate all the things you mentioned (faith, voices in head, books, etc) Things i personally see is things mentioned in the Bible. Such as "earthquakes in one place after another" and "food shortages" So when you see all of these things happening knowing that the Bible isn't a young book what does that lead you to believe? It has to be what you see rather than anything someone else can put into your head. Thats just one reason why it leads me to believe there is a Creator
I believe from my study from the bible that if God didn't believe in us he would have done away with mankind from the beginning. With the things we see in this world today, its most likely hard to think that God believes in us. But yet and still he allows the flowers to grow... the animals to live... the waters to flow... if God lost belief in us don't you think he would have done away with the earth in general? He wants us to do right things in his eyes and even gave up his only begotten son Jesus Christ to give us another chance at live. (John 3:16) So because we have to prove ourselves loyal to the end to have that chance at a paradise earth in the very near future
Correction: God does not need us, on the contrary, we need him.
