Does climate change influences or affect people's comfort?

I can only speak for myself and my experience . Yes the weather will affect a person physically and mentally.I am an amputee,when the weather changes too quickly my legs/stumps hurt severely till the weather settles.mentally I tend to feel happy or more at ease on sunny pleasant days.
