I know cinnamon will have eggs if you make it into French toast but if you just use it as sandwich bread will the bread itself include eggs?

"Most yeast cinnamon breads do not need eggs in them. The yeast supplies all of the leavening required for rising and texture. It is easy to just leave the eggs out in almost any cinnamon yeast bread recipe. You may want to add an extra tablespoon or two of oil since egg yolk does have a significant amount of fat."
Commercial breads will make a big deal of having egg in them. If it doesn't say "egg" on the label, there is no egg. It is somewhat unusual for commercial bread to contain egg because so many problems are associated with eggs, and there are other ingredients that give similar effects without the problems.
Bottom line: only home made bread contains egg, and only if you choose to put it in.
