Does cancer involve mutation? Is it a part of evolution?

Cancer is a part of mutation when ur cells mutate and keep dividing and spreading it. But u may not call it evolution. Evolution is something that brings about a good change in the ecosystem. Evolution occurs by natural selection and has more positive sides than cancer. CANCER ONLY KILLS PEOPLE!
