I want to go to Britain and go to collage or university there and I want to wear a uniform, because I never got the chance to do so.
Does Britain have any Universities or Collages that requires the students to wear uniforms?

No.
However you may be required to wear uniform is you are part of a society, secret society, choir, band etc. On graduation day you will be required to wear the Universities graduation attire.
Colleges are generally more relaxed and you almost never have to wear a uniform.
In Schools you do have to wear a uniform.
