Good luck with that. I did a search and I'd say no where. The only places I saw were on eBay but the ads were either withdrawn or sold 2 years ago.

I'd keep searching ebay and amazon. The original sellers were from Finglas, Ireland.

You might try placing an ad on a collectors site or fan site and periodically check amazon and ebay.
