Does anyone know of a Native American translation of the words adopted, rescued, or saved?

Be serious. Most native Americans are not members of any tribe. Among tribes, most of them had their own languages, so there are thousands. And among people who actually speak one of those languages, they usually prefer to discuss things in English. It is not just a matter of English, Spanish, or Injun.
