Any braces or wrapping for the wrist to give it support but lets wrist and hand be fully functional without too much bulk on the hand part of the brace if neccesssry. I have nerve damage in my arm and now my other arm feels the same. I’m a musician and I’m going to a performance and rehearsals for days. I play flute. The music is very hard (level six if anyone knows what that is) which makes it harder to hold the instrument when I’m in the middle of playing as well as playing fast with a lot of notes at a time. I also have to stay in a certain posture, up straight with my arms extended and to the side. The hard part is that it sounds better when I start but as I continue to play I feel the injury in my arm and especially wrists and hands, and eventually it feels numb as if my hands are falling asleep, and this makes me lose a bit of coordination. I talked to my doctor and this is normal for me, in addition there hasn’t been a diagnosis besides nerve damage. If this helps I’ll be gone for days rehearsing, and the performance is on the last day. I already got into the program but the first day we audition for seats, and I don’t want to mess up because of my issue. If anyone knows something I can use to be able to function and possibly something not that noticeable as well that would be greatly appreciated.

A brace is not going to change anything that you have described.
Magnesium strengthens muscles, calms nerves, stops cramps, and fights infections. Get epsom salt. It is cheap, five bux for a year's supply. Put a dose in a glass with water to cover and stir until it dissolves. Fill the glass with lemonade and drink it. You can take it without the lemonade but you won't like the taste. Milk of magnesia is more expensive but nicer tasting and gentler laxative action. Your choice. Study some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
