There was a game a few years ago that I remember. It was browser-based and freemium - there was the option to carry a pet with you, a few were free but most required payment. You would click on portals on the screen, and they would take you to different websites (for example, you might start on Google, and click a portal which takes you to a meme site) You could customize your avatar, which would show up on the site - the game was multiplayer, however had no chat from what I recall. The game has pretty much disappeared from the Internet, and I cannot find any information on it or remember the name / anything that would help with locating it. If anybody has similar memories and/or remembers something about the game, please tell me.
