My regular pay is 11.00 an hour. I noticed on my check that the 8 hours I was required to train I was only paid 8.38 an hour. Even if they do not have to pay me my actual wage for required training hours shouldn't they have told me I would only make 8.38 for it? They told me last minute I had to train 7am-3pm and then work my actual shift 3pm-9pm. I ended up working 14 hours in one day on my first day and was never informed of any of this. My job also requires training at every building you get switched to and I would hate to only get paid minimum wage for training hours every time they move me.
