Because we are made up of atoms right? so if we age then the atoms that form us ages too?

If you study chemistry, you will eventually learn about atoms. It takes a year and a half to learn the words, then they teach you a little bit of chemistry, and then you can start to study atoms. But you still study them in large bunches, not individually. That is because we just don't know anything about atoms individually, and not much in large bunches.
Yes, our atoms will eventually leave our body into the soil, or in some cases are incinerated and released as energy and smoke if you get cremated.
