It is entirely bonkers. The nation is now and always has been evenly divided on the subject. Obviously it should be left to each person to decide what to do, but that is not what people want. They want to force everybody to do the same thing. No personal choice allowed.
I like your topic. There are so many discussions and articles about it. Reform of abortion laws in the United States stemmed from concern over the health consequences of illegal abortion. Feminists were relative latecomers to the movement, and abortion did not become a major political issue until after the Roe v.
