As of 2015, the CCPA (Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives) mandated the living wage in Toronto to be $18.52. This hourly wage is based upon the cost of living comfortably in Toronto; it includes necessities such as rent, food, clothing etc. TD Bank, one of the top 5 banks in Canada and who makes $8.02 billion in profits, does not pay their workers the living wage. My group and I are creating a petition to make that happen, and we want to include a few quotes from people who work in a TD Bank in Toronto and are payed below $18.52. We are hoping that you could leave your thoughts below and also you full name. Thank-you!
Do you work at TD Bank?
