Do you think you will go to paradise ?

Some think that Paradise is nothing more than a myth. Others believe that it is a gardenlike utopia where good people live forever and share in joyful and productive activities.

The Bible says the word “paradise” has been used to designate mankind’s first home, the garden of Eden. (Genesis 2:7-15) The Bible presents that garden as a real place where the first human couple lived free of disease and death. (Genesis 1:27, 28) Because they disobeyed God, the first couple lost their paradisaic home. However, many Bible prophecies describe a future in which humans will enjoy Paradise restored.

Some believe that Paradise is in heaven, while others claim that it will be established in the future on earth.

The original Paradise for mankind was on earth. God has clearly designated the earth as the permanent home for humans. The Bible says that God made our planet to last forever. (Psalm 104:5) It also states: “To Jehovah the heavens belong, but the earth he has given to the sons of men.”—Psalm 115:16.
It is not surprising, then, that the Bible holds out the promise of Paradise on earth. In it, God will bless mankind with everlasting life. Harmony and peace will prevail. Pain and suffering will be gone. And people will be able to enjoy to the full the natural wonders of planet earth.

Paradise is not something we inherit from our parents but we have to be qualify for it. True it's a gift from God, the ransom of his son Jesus Christ made it possible for us to attain it, but there are requirements needed to to achieve it. Do I think I will be able to achieve it? I am trying my best to live up to God's requirements in order to achieve it. Some of the requirements are :
1) Luke 10:27, "You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole strength and with your whole mind and your neighbor as yourself." This is a must before any of the other requirement is met.
2) Matthew 24:14, 'This good news of the Kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.' We have to reach all those we come into contact with with the good news of God's Kingdom.
3) Matthew 28:19, 'Go therefore, and make disciples of people of all the nations.' This helps us to see we not only have to preach but we have to teach people and help them to become a disciple just like me. How can we do this?
4) John 17:3 tells us, 'This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent Jesus Christ.' So before becoming a disciple, one have to take in accurate knowledge of the true God, Jehovah and his Son Jeaus Christ and practice what they are learning.
These are just a few of the requirements to live in paradise. If you will like to know more or start a bible study, please visit our website at JW.org
