Of course.
Social media is often portrayed as dangerous or in other ways "unhealthy," and while this may sometimes be the truth, it is often not.

Social media is a way for people of all ages to communicate and find others with shared interests. It is a way for friends to talk to each other online. In my opinion, this is what draws so many teenagers to it.

I have met a fair share of wonderful people my age online. They helped my through my depression and other hard times. They made me feel happier.

All in all, while social media can be a bit distracting at times, I find it to be extremely helpful and relaxing.
