you may want to look into therapy and possible medication before relocating. its good to explore all other options before making a decision that could affect your education. however, your mental health comes first so don't feel bad for wanting to move if you believe that its the best option.
You didn't say so I'm guessing you might be a college freshman away from home for the first time. There are hundreds of others just like you. It sometimes is a difficult transition moving from kid to adult responsibility.
There are a few options:
Nearly every college/university has a student health service. Have you been to them for advice or therapy or even a support group for students in the same position as you. If your parents have health insurance you could go to a counselor off campus.
You could also set up a schedule and two or three times a weeks skype with your family. You could also facetime on your cell phones.
You could also discuss the situation with your parents and see if they think moving back home and going to a community college is a better idea.
Good luck!
