Edit
So I'll try and describe it to you, whenever I get nervous, upset or angry I don't want to be gross but I'm just going to say it. I get gassy, and I need to poop a lot and most of the timeit's diarrhoea. This rules my life I don't go places because I get worried it will happen which makes it worse. Do you know what's wrong? Thanks
Do you think I have ibs??

Also when I think I'm about to go for a poop, I sometimes get constipated even though I feel like I really need to go. And other times I get caught short and nearly have an accident

You need to improve your nutrition in several ways. Read some books about it so you know how to eat right. Your body needs fiber to keep the food moving through the pipes. Wheat bran is the best fiber, two slices of whole grain bread every day. Or eat veggies with every meal. If you start to wonder what difference it makes, eat canned spinach for a while, and then get cocoa and make pudding with it. That will give you an idea how things move through you.
B vitamins will end the gas. Get nutritional yeast and take a small dose every day. When that doesn't cause gas any more, then double the dose. Keep going until you can take as much as you want with no gas. Vitamin B2 is a dye. It turns your urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time to take more. That is typically every day.
The strength of your gut muscles to squeeze the food through depends a lot on magnesium. Magnesium strengthens muscles, calms nerves, stops cramps, and fights infections. Get epsom salt. It is cheap, five bux for a year's supply. Put a dose in a glass with water to cover and stir until it dissolves. Fill the glass with lemonade and drink it. You can take it without the lemonade but you won't like the taste. Milk of magnesia is more expensive but nicer tasting and gentler laxative action. Your choice.
I repeat: read some books so you know things like this for yourself.
